New to Prana ?

For the uninitiated will begin with an introduction to Prana. Indian languages use this word to convey different meanings. Simply put, it is "Life". I would however be using the word to convey the true meaning - "Cosmic Energy".

My sole purpose is to "hope" to communicate to as many, the true meaning of
Prana as I have understood it; from short guided learnings from a few professionals and also from personal experiences. Will also suggest a few amateur tips to tap it to derive health and happiness.

The fundamental
philosophy is that, any form of life/anything living, can be so, only as long as at least a bit of Prana remains in it . The 'measurable' component of this Prana is the 'Aura'. ( Aura I mean is in "Pranic" terms. We of course have the regular alternatives to detect life : Heart beat, Pulse...etc. ). An aura surrounds anything living; and this aura is self generated. Once an organism is not surrounded by this self generated "Aura" you can consider it dead.

In the human body this aura surrounds us to an approx. width of 6 inches from the body periphery.
Reiki/ Pranic healers can measure it with a little practice. Aura can also be viewed with Kirlian photographs.

Anything and everything living has this Cosmic energy( am intentionally using the word instead of
Prana so you get used to it ). Cosmic energy can be transferred consciously or unconsciously across different beings/ objects.

A being with a "lot of Prana" is energetic, blissful & healthy in every sense of the word. ( including a good intuition of what is right ). The only human beings with near perfect Prana are those that just enter this world - Babies !
What follows after birth my dears is a systematic intentional , unintentional and sometimes unavoidable destruction of the Cosmic Energy that nature blessed us with.

Assuming the ideology of aura idealistically by science, I've a doubt. If babies are born with full intensity of aura and the retention of aura in its original state is tangibly or intangibly achieved, would there be no death? Or does aura decline with age? If the latter is true, why are we going against the lifecycle of nature in remedying the natural process of decline of aura?

This fact can be disputed with "why we are succumbing to medicine when sick, if out ultimate stage of living is to die". But science always defies nature in one way or the other. And our scientific minds do not wish to accept the destiny of death no sooner than when it is inevitable.

If it is argued that, remedying aura by natural methods is only done to undo the artificial harm caused by us on it, then it cannot be denied that aura remains stable unless we artificially rupture its presence. In that case, I retract to my earlier doubt: "would there be no death if aura is retained in its original form?"

But aura being an entity compliant to the changes of Nature, why is there a lookout to restrict and better the aura form?

Is aura a means of implicit external cover to nurture the life within, or is aura itself the life? How is aura related to the physical metabolism of the body?

I'm not personally disputing the aura theory, but is there a discernibly rational way in detecting the presence of aura and how its changes affect the physical body?

I do agree that naturopathy (if one calls it so) is a highly effective measure deriving nourishment and enrichment of food from Nature itself. But I don't perceive how aura is related to this.
