Why avoid anything that is packed
Packed stuff are so devoid of taste and nutrition.
In spite of what is written on the label ;
Coz' In the lab spray dried Orange juice powder can still show molecules of Vitamin C and actual orange residue ; but whether the tinned juice made from this, if ingested will be absorbed by the body is questionable. Packed stuff that does not spoil is already dead . If it were alive bacteria would consume it. Bacteria are more sensible than humans.
Live food ( tinned fresh juice or any other packed food product ) is also poisoned beyond being edible, with additives;

Common Food additives:
Antioxidants
( they stop food becoming rancid or changing colour ) - a chemical posion - pls
do not mistake this one for the naturally occuring antioxidants in live food
Colours
- to fool you
Emulsifiers
- or in other words detergents that coagulate stuff that do not want to stay together. eg. Water and Fat.
Stabilisers
- stored food becomes unstable ...so :). These could also be fillers to add
weight/ volume.
Flavours /taste enhancers - because the
natural food is dead it will not taste good to you
Preservatives
- chemical that kills life ( microorganism bacteria ) - also kills you as you
are just a macro organism
The Govt has defined safe
levels for these - but what is safe today is not safe after 10 years when a
tiny cancer erupts in a human and then the additive gets banned. Just because a
rat does not die with the additive in 10 days in a lab test today is no good
reason for you to consume a chemical
