Elixirs


Few steps to escape all ills for the healthy (  for the already sick, medicines/surgery can prevent relapse if below is followed )

1. Stop eating anything ready that comes out of a pouch, bottle or tin. 
2. Replace one meal in a day with fresh fruits/raw vegetables and progress towards entirely uncooked food ( basically fruits/ veg / nuts  / raw meat/fish...yes i mean RAW ! )
3. Until you practice Step-2 in its entirety, - ( and it not easy )........eat less at each meal .  Intermeal fasting** is very effective in curing most ills.  It means eating to just survive till next meal. Almost hit starvation. Else back to step 2.
4. Practice Low duration-High intensity exercises - until you pant ; twice a day at least. ( eg. Running up 10 flights of stairs, heavy lifting )
5. Sleep well.  There is no replacement for sleep. Do not consume tea/coffee to skip sleep. All repair happens during sleep. At least 8 hours.
6. Sweat in the Sun
7. "Drink water"( means drink more water and drink less of everything else )
8. Match your Bio-clock with the birds - sleep & wake with them.

Negative emotions can cause every disease even if all the above  are followed;
so; 
Reduce Needless Fear, Anger , Worry , Hate, Jealousy. And have a purpose in life, preferably one that makes life easy for another soul ; not for yourself.
